How to Put on Bright Blue Eyeliner

Spring beauty brings with it a lot of color options for eye makeup. Bright blue is one of them. Whether it be a sleek eyeliner look seen here, or a smokey eye done up in sheer creams, shimmers or pastels. It is definitely here and we are super happy about it! 

To create this fabulous eyeliner look follow these easy steps.
Add an eye makeup primer along the eyelid where you would apply eyeliner. 

STEP TWO

Next, using either a cream shadow or gel eyeliner (cream will give you a more sheer application while a gel will give you a more dramatic and vivid application) in a bright blue or teal color. Using a taklon eyeliner brush dip into your color and draw along the lash line, corner to corner extending the liner out to create the winged shape. For this look the color extends beyond the end of brow which is probably a little much for "running errands" so feel free to keep the point within the brow and eyelid. Once you've create the desired shape, using a fluffy eyeshadow brush sweep a dusting of translucent powder over your liner.

STEP THREE
To make your eyes pop run a white or light beige liner along the bottom inner rim as seen here and mascara on the top lashes only.
