How to Wear White Eyeliner for Spring

The eye shadow color we love right now isn't bone, ivory or eggshell, it's bright, unadulterated white. Why you ask? Well, just off the top, the shade makes eyes look wider, mascara look darker, lipstick bolder and the rest of your face look a lot more luminous. How's that for giving it a try?

Check out a few ways to wear it right here. Beauty-obsessed or not, it's a refreshing look for spring and a nice change from the usual dark liner. Just trace your upper lid with a white pencil, or a shadow, cream or powder and flick toward the outer corner of your eye, like you're drawing a check mark.

If you're a newbie at creating the winged look, try using our cat eye stencil and placing over the eye at an angle at the outer corner. Fill in with your shadow, remove and repeat on the other eye.

Your Inner Eye

Brighten up the inner corners of your eyes only. Try tracing the inner "V" corner of your eyes with a white eye liner or cream while staying in your beauty comfort zone.

Smudgy Cat Eye

Line your eyes with white eye liner, shadow, cream or matte and smudge it out over your entire lid, and then retrace your upper lash line solo or using your cat eyeliner stencil for a standout cat eye. Simple. Beautiful.
