SHIPPING & DELIVERY IN THE U.S
Shipping charges in the U.S. and Canada are calculated according to the total weight at the time of check out. Certain items such as the Eye Candy Starter Pack, Original Smokey Eye and Cat Eye Stencil, Winged Eyeliner Stencil and Girls Night Out are shipped as flat parcels and do not include tracking, but ship with the same speed. You can choose priority shipping at check out for a faster arrival time. This fee may change to a higher rate depending on the location of your country and the shipping fee's associated with your international shipping address. All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days from order date. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday.
APO/FPO/DPO
We ship to military and diplomatic addresses via USPS. The length of time varies based on the location. For domestic shipments the arrival/delivery time generally takes about 4-7 business days. For International shipments about 7-10+ days depending on how quickly they are cleared through customs.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We do not accept returns or refunds on any beth bender beauty products once they have been shipped. This includes PayPal as well. Especially our custom formulated products that are made to order. If your product should arrive damaged, we will replace them free of charge but require repayment of shipping fee (Domestic or International) + a $2.00 restocking fee. You must notify Beth Bender Beauty within 72 hours upon receiving your package to return any damaged shadows or product, and 7 days from the date of delivery to file a claim for missing items. Any sale items or promotional items purchased online are final sales.
Beth Bender Beauty is not responsible for delays in shipping due to adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or shipping provider error. Any charges for returned orders due to customer error (incorrect address, refused/undeliverable orders, delivered to inbox but not received, etc.) will be the responsibility of the customer.
During the Holiday Season (Christmas and the New Year) orders may take up to 5 Business Days for processing.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONAL
USPS will ship out all international orders unless otherwise requested by the customer.
USPS is a less expensive shipping method than UPS. USPS provides a customs number and does not provide a tracking number once the package leaves the USA. International orders take 3 to 5 business days to process and may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive depending on location and customs clearance.
During the Holiday Season (Christmas and the New Year) orders may take 5-7 Business Days for processing.
