To get a graphic under-eye winged shape, try using a cream shadow or gel eyeliner in Gunmetal and smoke out the color with a cream eyeshadow brush. Set with a translucent powder or eye shadow in the same color. Use your cat eye stencil to create the shape on the eyelid with a white or platinum metallic shadow and smoke out with a medium size eyeshadow brush to soften the edges.
