Where to Apply Highlighter on Fuller Brows
Nikki Reeds brows were getting a lot of attention last night at a screening of Intramural at the Tribeca Film Festival. We love them because they frame her face perfectly without over-powering her look, but the subtle makeup touch that gave her face the illusion of not-so-thick-brows is what got us talking.
Notice how the light is shining on her skin directly above her eyebrows. Another great high point that naturally catches light and can help lighten up fuller brows just by adding a touch of highlighter as seen here on Nikki.
It's definitely something to consider and once you get the swing of it you may even become addicted as we already are. To do, use a highlighting pencil that has a slight shimmer to it and line right above the brow, then blend with your fingers, or our favorite is using a concealer brush with some DuWop DoubleGlow7 and carefully applying it along the top of your brow bone. You can set with a translucent powder if you tend to be on the shiny side or leave as is.
